Affiliated Research Centers

CIREQ (Centre interuniversitaire de recherche en économie quantitative) or Inter-University Centre for Research in Quantitative Economics, is a grouping of economic researchers from Concordia and McGill Universities and Université de Montréal. CIREQ fosters quantitative economic research in Montreal through visitors, seminar series, conferences, and by encouraging co-operation and joint research among researchers from the member universities.

CIRANO (Centre interuniversitaire de recherche en analyse des organisations) or Centre for Inter-University Research and Analysis on Organizations, is a partnership of private-sector firms, government and universities, including McGill. It is devoted to research in specific areas of interest and in the transfer of related knowledge to the private sector.
