Anti-Racism in the Workplace

How does race and racism impact the working environment? What is our role in shaping an anti-racist workplace culture? This workshop will explore how understanding racism and integrating an anti-racist practice can create a better workplace culture for all.

In attending this workshop, participants will:

  • Analyze definitions of racism and anti-racism
  • Identify ways that racism manifests in the workplace
  • Explore strategies for strengthening an anti-racist practice

  2. In the Employee Menu, click on Training Menu, select Organizational Development, and follow the instructions to register
