Identifying and Reporting Harassment

This session will provide information on the Office for Mediation and Report (OMR) and the two policies it implements: McGill's Policy on Harassment and Discrimination and McGill's Policy against Sexual Violence. Most of the presentation will be a deep-dive on psychological harassment. Please email omr [at] mcgill.ca with any accessibility needs.

By attending this workshop, participants will be better able to:

  • Identify the role of the OMR
  • Identify the difference between harassment and other conflictual behaviour
  • Locate internal channels for reporting harassment and other conflictual behaviour
  • Locate internal support resources for students, staff, and faculty
