Inclusive Facilitation

Are you interested in facilitating meetings and team culture in a way that is inclusive of all your people, particularly those from underrepresented groups? This interactive workshop provides a concrete exploration of the role of inclusive facilitation in the creation of psychological safety at work.

At end of this workshop, staff will be able to:

  • Understand the importance of psychological safety in the workplace as it relates to inclusion
  • Explain how team meetings come to life through intentional design and facilitation
  • Use concrete tools to support meaningful facilitation of day-to-day team interactions
