Inclusive Leadership: Why EDI Matters to Managers

Are you interested in leading your team in a way that is inclusive of all your people, particularly those from underrepresented groups? This interactive workshop provides a concrete exploration of the inclusive manager/leader, and is geared to those who have supervisory/management roles.

At end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Define what inclusive leadership means and how it relates to excellence
  • Explore the benefit of an inclusive leadership approach on team health and well-being
  • Access tools and resources to support their development as an inclusive leader
