The Plan sets out goals, measures, and modes of oversight for EDI initiatives divided in five themes:

  1. Student experience
  2. Research and knowledge
  3. Outreach
  4. Workforce
  5. Physical Space

Input from the McGill community is essential to work towards and build an inclusive campus where each member of our community can thrive. We therefore invite all members of the McGill community to provide feedback and comments on measures to implement the EDI Strategic Plan.
