Platform Party Registration for Fall 2023 Convocation will be open from October 19 to October 31.
Please note the following prior to submitting the form:
- You must remain on stage for the entirety of the ceremony
- If you wish to congratulate a student receiving their diploma, you may quickly do so after they have been tapped or capped by the Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor, or the Chair
- You may request to join the platform party for more than one ceremony
- If your schedule changes and you become unavailable to attend a ceremony you have requested, please email convocation [at] mcgill.ca as soon as possible with this information
