This form is intended to allow graduates to authorize another person to pick up their academic regalia, lineup card, and guest tickets in their place. Form submissions are sent to the McGill convocation email account.
On site at the regalia/lineup card pick up, the designated authorized person must indicate that they are picking up regalia on behalf of a graduate and present a government-issued photo ID. Once the information has been validated against the details submitted by the graduate on this web form, the designated person will be able to pick up the academic regalia, lineup card, and guest tickets on behalf of the graduate.
