McGill Law Student Research Mini-Conference

This mini-conference, in its second year, featured the original research of McGill's undergraduate and graduate law students, with sixteen students presenting their research papers. The conference consisted of four panels reflecting four themes: 

  • Hearing the Other
  • Governing Institutions 
  • Rights and Inclusion
  • Regulating Technologies

This mini-conference was presented by Borden Ladner Gervais, the Paul-André Crépeau Centre for Private and Comparative Law & the Institute of Comparative Law, with additional support from Dean Daniel Jutras.
