If you decide not to return to McGill in September after you have registered, drop all your courses on Minerva or submit a written request to cancel your registration. In your letter include your McGill student number and your signature. Enclose your McGill student ID card and forward it to the following address:

The deadline to cancel your registration is August 31. If you drop all courses or your request is received by this date, your registration will be deleted from our records and no administrative charge will be assessed. After this date you may still drop all your courses on Minerva but a minimum administrative charge is assessed.
