To facilitate measurement-based care in early intervention for psychosis, we conducted a comprehensive literature review to identify the most relevant domains to be assessed in early psychosis, and the measures and metrics that assess them. These reviews allowed the creation of the MAP measures library, an archive of measurement tools used in early intervention for psychosis.

This measures library is not a definitive list of measures; rather, it is envisioned as a living database to be continually updated, as new measures are developed, adapted or validated for a new purpose. We acknowledge that some scales/measures used in early intervention may not have been captured by our search strategy and may be missing.
