Mark Lloyd is a Professor of Practice at the Max Bell School. As part of our inaugural MPP program for 2019-20, he will be teaching Information Policy in the Information Age: The Case of the GDPR. Mark is a former Associate General Counsel at the U.S. Federal Communications Commission. He also worked on President Clinton’s transition team at the White House, focusing on the National Council for the Arts and advised the Domestic Policy Office.
