Accessing the Sessions

The conference is being held online, via Zoom.

If you have registered for the conference, each morning, you'll receive an email with unique links which will direct you to the day's two sessions, as well as the coffee break rooms, so be sure to check your inbox every day.

Each session has a different link.

Please note that you will be placed in a waiting room until the conference session starts.

If you did not receive any emails, please check your spam or junk folder and make sure to adjust your email settings so that these daily emails don't go to your junk mail or spam folder in the future.

You do not need a Zoom account to access the conference proceedings. Simply click on the links we will provide you with each morning to join the day's sessions.

Please contact us at maxbell.media [at] mcgill.ca with any questions. When the conference is underway, additional staff will be available to assist and answer you within minutes.
