Catherine is a Senior Consultant at Juniper, a boutique consulting firm specializing in innovation, culture, and strategy. She focuses on negotiation advisory and training, strategic planning, and managing complex relationships. Her experience spans multiple sectors, including government, energy, finance, technology, and entertainment. She has worked on projects in the Americas, Asia, and Europe.
Prior to Juniper, Catherine worked at Cirque du Soleil in the strategy and business development team, where she negotiated multimillion-dollar contracts with partners located around the world. Previously, she worked as the Operations Director of Ecofuel, a startup accelerator, and as a conflict resolution lawyer at Norton Rose Fulbright. She also has experience at the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris and the Canadian Embassies in Washington D.C. and Lima.
Catherine is a McGill graduate (Law B.C.L./LL.B., BA Honors) and has completed various negotiation trainings, including the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School. Catherine currently volunteers at the Dr. Julien Foundation and the Welcome Collective.
