Management Forum Presents
McGill Vision2020: Moving from Strategy to Implementation

At the MForum Annual Conference on February 21, we started a conversation about appreciative inquiry and integrated management to identify the underlying values identified in a few of McGill’s strategic plans, including ASAP, SRP, and Vision2020.

Now is your chance to learn more about the actions being proposed in the Vision2020 strategic plan most salient to McGill managers, provide your feedback, and share your ideas about moving from strategy to implementation.

Outcomes:

1)     Managers understand the proposed Vision2020 goals that are specifically related to managers at McGill*

2)     Provide feedback concerning actions identified to date

3)     Share understanding about barriers to implementation and how managers propose we can move forward.

*ex. Education (training/lifelong learning), Connectivity/A&G: community engagement/workforce planning, health and wellness, decisionmaking, etc.
