McGill Expert: Cracks in Laval metro tunnels

Story: A report in La Presse states that at least 17 hairline cracks of two meters or longer have been discovered in the Henri Bourassa and Concorde stations and in the tunnel under Riviere des Prairies. One engineer recommended urgent repairs but the project manager says the situation is not dire and financing of the repairs is being negotiated between the Montreal and regional transit agencies.
