Please be advised that McGill University has mandated Atwill-Morin Maçonnerie to carry out the following project: 22-036 (RVC Residence - B180) - Restoration of rendering on rear façades
Description: The project involves restoring the rendering on the rear façades of the Royal Victoria College (RVC), a student residence building, located on University Street.
Construction start date: July 2nd, 2024
Planned construction end date: End of October 2024
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. (work likely to generate higher levels of noise will not begin before 9 a.m.)

Scope of work:
The project consists of restoring the rendering on the rear façades of Royal Victoria College. It will include only exterior work, such as:
- installation of building access guards
- installation of scaffolding
- cleaning of all surfaces
- removal of existing masonry joints
- final cleaning
- removal of scaffolding and access protection
Impact & mitigation:
The contractor is required to choose the work methods likely to generate the least noise and vibrations.
