Training Sites

The training program is distributed across five teaching locations in Montreal, each specializing in distinct areas of clinical expertise:

1. McGill University Health Centre-Glen site (MUHC-Glen) (including the Royal Victoria Hospital, Montreal Children's Hospital, and Cedars Cancer Centre): With more than 65,000 surgical and cytology specimens as well as more than 200 adult and pediatric autopsies, this site offers specialized training in multiple pathology subspecialties.
    
2. Jewish General Hospital (JGH): Provides additional clinical exposure and training opportunities in multiple subspecialties.
    
3. St. Mary's Hospital: Offers specialized training in pathology within its unique clinical environment in community and general surgical pathology practice.
    
4. The Neuro (Montreal Neurological Institute-Hospital): Provides focused training and exposure to neuropathology and neuroscience.
    
5. Le Laboratoire de sciences judiciaires et de médecine légale (LSJML): Offers exposure to forensic pathology.
