Risk Advisory and Insurance Services (RAIS) promotes and advances the use of risk management techniques and prevention best practices to protect McGill University against potential loss. We work to serve and assist the McGill community should an insurable loss occur.
Should a loss occur, we will guide you through the process of submitting a claim.
You may be required to produce proof of insurance when working with other institutions or organizing activities or events off campus.
We review insurance language found in contracts, as well as certificates of insurance received from third parties.
