- Instructors of courses scheduled for in-person delivery can offer a maximum of 2 lectures virtually (via Zoom in myCourses) at their discretion. These virtual lectures must be reflected in the course outline. Any requests for additional virtual lectures must be sent to your Academic Program Coordinator to be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

- Ensure an inclusive learning environment
- SCS course outlines (including assessments) must be pre-approved by APC and posted (course outline templates and instructions)
- The SCS PowerPoint Template is required for teaching (how to use the PowerPoint template)
- Contact the coursematerials.bookstore [at] mcgill.ca (McGill Bookstore) to request access to Verba (the requisition management system for ordering textbooks)
Assessments, Exams, and Grading
- Exam/Assessments form: Whether or not your course includes a final exam, this form must be completed as soon as your course outline has been approved
- Familiarize yourself with the Policy on Assessment of Student Learning (PASL)
- Review SCS exam procedures
- Know how and when to submit final grades
- Understand academic integrity policies, including how to report alleged violations
