We offer secured housing to all first-year undergraduate students, 22 years of age and under, who have accepted McGill's offer of admission.

• Housing Applications for the 2025-2026 academic year are now open. Learn more about the residence application process, including details on who is eligible for guaranteed accommodation, the process of hall and room assignment, and what you need to do to confirm your room reservation.

• Confirmation Deadline: You must confirm your room reservation and pay the residence deposit along with a residence application fee (non-refundable) by June 20, 2025 11:59 pm.

• Cancellation Penalties: Please note that when you accept your offer to live in residences, you are making a commitment for a lease under Quebec law for the full academic year. There will be cancellation penalties for those who choose to terminate their contract. For more information visit Cancellation Policies.
