From Saturday, Oct. 5 through Monday, Oct. 7, the Downtown and Macdonald Campuses will be open only to McGill students, employees and essential visitors. Many classes will be held online. Remote work required where possible. See Campus Public Safety website for details.

Ste-Anne to collect organic waste from John Abbott, McGill campuses

"Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue has agreed to pick up organic waste — and the subsequent tab — at John Abbott College and McGill University’s Macdonald campus.

On Monday, city council awarded a $11,700 contract to a firm that will collect organic waste materials at the two institutions that share a campus on Lakeshore Rd. from this August until March 2016. The contractor is to carry out 44 collections per year."
