  • As a proud member of the Student Wellness Hub team, Shannon enjoys  helping students accomplish their short-term goals and wellness potential.
  • Apart from #BuildingAHealthierMcGill, Shannon is passionate about writing. “I write everyday. It has been the single most impactful tool for my own mental health.”
  • Shannon can be found on Macdonald campus in the Student Affairs Office in Laird Hall, Suite 106.
"I enjoy getting to connect with students and playing a small part in improving the climate and culture of wellness on campus. I think doing the work that I do is a privilege. I love what I do and I hope that is felt by the students, staff and faculty I work with.”
