Réfection de la maçonnerie en pierre des façades sud, est et nord de l’enveloppe de l’immeuble. Les travaux, qui devraient s’échelonner sur une période d’au moins trois ans, seront réalisés au printemps, à l’été et à l’automne 2024, 2025 et 2026.

L’Université McGill a mandaté CORENOV pour réaliser le projet suivant : 19-117 Pavillon Rutherford – CFI IF 2020, Brunner.
Le projet consiste à rénover la salle 025 au 1er sous-sol du pavillon Rutherford à fin d’y installer de nouveaux équipements pour le laboratoire. Des interventions mineures auront lieu dans les salles : 003, 024A, 026, 027, 029A, 030, B1-HALL2 & B1-HALL5A.

McGill University has mandated F.A.M.G. Contractors to carry out the following project: 14-140 Life Sciences Complex – Address water leaks in curtain wall.
The work consists of stripping the outer layer of the wall of the mechanical shaft at room 140. The wall will remain stripped for a short period of time to complete the survey before proceeding with reconstruction.
This is the first phase of the project that soon will address the repair of damages in the mechanical shaft at room 140.
