Specimen requirements
- Serum or lithium heparin plasma:
- Centrifuge collection tube at 3600 rpm for 8 minutes.
- Separate serum/plasma, place in suitable leak-proof container (e.g., Eppendorf tube) and freeze.
- 50uL minimum for one analyte; add 10uL for each additional analyte.
- 250uL minimum for a total panel.
