  1. You testify that the information provided in your form is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You will provide McGill Lean Startup organizers any supporting documents requested to support the information and statements in your application. You understand and agree that providing false or unverifiable information will result in cancellation of your participation in all the program’s events.
  2. All material and information submitted in relation to the McGill Lean Startup Program should be non-confidential in nature and you hereby agree that your information may be made available to the public. The McGill Dobson Centre assumes no responsibility to protect intellectual property rights issues that may arise. It is the individual team’s responsibility to protect their intellectual property. Also, it is the individual team’s responsibility to ensure that there is no violation of intellectual property rights belonging to third parties.
  3. By participating on the Lean Startup program you hereby grant to McGill University: the right to film, tape, sound record and/or photograph specific activities in connection with the program, and the right to use your name and/or likeness, voice, photographs and/or video footage of you, biographical information provided by you and/or any statement made by you concerning the Lean Startup program, in connection with publicizing the program and/or the Dobson Centre for Entrepreneurship.
  4. All team members agree that you are the authorized representative from your team and that you will be completing the registration form.
  5. You testify that your company has a McGill affiliated team member (student, faculty, staff or alumni of 10 years or less.)
  6. Your team is made of 2-5 members and includes at least one technical member.
  7. Your team will participate in ALL workshop and mentoring activities and will be committed to developing a comprehensive Business Plan that will be reviewed and discussed at a 1-on-1 mentorship with an assigned expert.
