I am the Head of the Doctoral Training Office at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Western Switzerland and a Research Associate at Lancaster University Department of Educational Research.
My research focuses on early career researchers’ experiences, training and identity development in a cross-cultural perspective. In my current projects I am examining the trajectories and work experiences of PhD holders who pursue careers beyond academia.
