Training

Training is required: observation of two LCS administrations on a training videotape, followed by two paired training interviews. The total training protocol took approximately 8 h to complete (four training sessions, each about 2 h).

Information is collected from the patient interview and also from all other available sources including the family, medical records, and treating physicians.
