This measure consists of a form for patients with 20 items and a score sheet.

 

It assessed 5 subdomains including social withdrawal, diminished emotional range, avolition, anhedonia, and alogia. It is an easily understandable instrument for patients with schizophrenia and the patient can fill out the form on their own without assistance.
