The special issue was written in response to a conference co-hosted by the Max Bell School of Public Policy and the Centre for Human Rights & Legal Pluralism last year. The issue features articles from Julius H. Grey, Pearl Eliadis, Fo Niemi, Marie-Claude Landry and Stéphanie Fournier.
