Marjolaine Massé

I am an MSc student supervised by Dr King. My project includes the study of cannabis use before the onset of schizophrenia in patients. In particular, I study the differences in the importance of certain risk factors for the illness and for cannabis use in schizophrenia patients and community controls.

Previously, I have gained experience in brain event related potential (ERP) through research and honours project. One dealing with the bilingual processing of French and English translation with varying degrees of form and meaning overlap, and another relating to the multisensory integration (visual and auditory) of non-speech stimuli.

I will take part in testing for the Ice Storm project by taking anthropomorphic measures of children’s heads and fingers, and by administering an aptitute test to the parent.
