The services of a Commissioner for Oaths are available at the Office of Sponsored Research (OSR) to certify documents required as part of an application to a funding source.
Commissioner for Oaths services are available during the OSR's regular business hours. Please contact the OSR (514-398-3996) in advance to ensure the availability of the Commissioner for Oaths.
Please note that the OSR does not provide photocopy services (you must provide both the original document and the photocopy for certification), and that documents will not be certified in the absence of the person to whom they pertain.
