In order to post on the one designated Student Services poster board in the third floor corridor of the Brown Building, you must submit your posters for approval by bringing them to Suite 4100, East Wing (Office of Services for Students).
Once the posters have been approved, we post them for a maximum period of 2 weeks from the posting date or until any time-sensitive materials have elapsed, whichever comes first. A stamp on the poster will designate the time until which the posting is valid. All postings and removals take place on Fridays.
You can submit a poster of size 8.5″ x 11″ or 11″ x 17″.
Posters should be for timely communications and ideally not promote “permanent” resources, such as the existence of a service. We reserve the right to reject any poster and will not be held responsible for the physical security of posted materials.
Posters for Student Services units receive priority in the event of limited space.
