Late Course Additions (Engineering Undergraduate Students only)
This web form is for undergraduate students in the Faculty of Engineering who are requesting a late course addition after the add/drop deadline. Students from other faculties should contact their Student Affairs Office to discuss late course additions.
* Note, students who have unintentionally withdrawn from a year-long (D1/D2) course may also use this webform to request reinstatement.
Late Course Add Request - After the Add/Drop Deadline
It is the responsibility of each student to register for their courses according to the published appropriate deadlines. A lack of awareness of deadlines is not, in and of itself, a valid reason for consideration of a request for late course addition. Requests for late course additions must be for courses in the current semester ONLY.
Approval of late requests is reviewed at MESC, based on confirmation and /or recommendation from a student’s academic department and the instructor of the course.
*Notes:
- you must submit separate requests for each course you are trying to add after the deadline.
- this form is not to be used to request the S/U option late; this can only be done via MINERVA by the add/drop deadline of each term, no exceptions.
