This 3-hour interactive workshop is designed to support managers in supervisory roles to become more effective in leading their staff.
The underlying concept of Situational Leadership® is that there is no one best way to lead all individuals. By considering a person’s ability to perform a task as well as their motivation to do so, supervisors will learn to identify the best leadership style to use to help move the employee to higher performance.
At the end of this workshop, participants will have a working knowledge of the Situational Leadership Model® and how to apply it in their own contexts.
