By partnering with the Teamwork Program, you’ll have the opportunity to build your own skillset while also setting your students up for success in both their project teams and future careers. Our unique pedagogy teaches EDI in tandem with teamwork skills through interactive, experiential workshops.
If you would like to partner with the Teamwork Program, here are the steps you can expect:
- teamwork.eidea [at] mcgill.ca (Contact our Team)
- Meet with the Teamwork Program to discuss which workshops would be beneficial for you and your students
- Reserve 2-4 hours of class time for Teamwork Workshops
- Assign prep work (usually a short article, video, or podcast) to students prior to the workshop
- Post relevant material on MyCourses
Optional:
- Include a graded portion to the workshop (ex. follow-up assignment)
- Contribute your own experience and perspective to the workshop
