Pollack Hall, located in McGill's Strathcona Music Building, is the Schulich School of Music's largest performance venue.
The 600-seat hall has a green room, a large lobby and an adjoining lounge sometimes used for receptions. Approximately 400 concerts, lectures and other events are held annually in the hall.

Scope of work includes (but is not limited to):
- Improvement of overall accessibility of the hall, including provision for barrier-free seating.
- Replacement of stage equipment.
- Renovation of the orchestra pit.
- Reconfiguration of the back-of-house spaces.
- Expansion and complete renovation of two washrooms.
- Revamping of the East Lounge.
- Replacement of mechanical units.
- Complete asbestos removal.
