This interactive workshop is designed to equip participants with essential knowledge and practical strategies to understand, embrace, and navigate neurodiversity in the workplace.

By attending this workshop, participants will be able to:

• Identify different manifestations of neurodiversity and impacts of ableism in the workplace
• Explore ways to enhance the inclusion of neurodivergent employees
• Reflect on various scenarios that may arise and determine best practices for intervening and supporting
• Summarize available resources including processes for accommodations at McGill
