4. Communications Best Practices

  • This document sets out best practices in respect of communications which Faculty of Law employees are urged to follow. Certain teams or units may wish to adapt or add to these practices to better suit their specific needs and operations. See File Communications Best Practices

5. Land Acknowledgments

  • Land Acknowledgements are becoming an increasingly common practice when hosting events and activities across Canada. This acknowledgement can be made before a class presentation, conference, or event, but can also be made in a written document or on a website. See Equity at McGill's Land Acknowledgment web page for guidelines in expressing acknowledgments.
