Workday profile

McGill employees can view and edit their employee profile on Workday. The Workday self-service platform is where employees can put in requests for vacation or other paid and unpaid leaves; browse job postings; view and modify their benefit plan; update their legal name. Log into Workday now.

McGill identification card

All McGill employees must carry their ID cards while on campus. ID cards are required to access services, such as athletic facilities, equipment and video loans, libraries, uPrint Xerox machines, as well as certain buildings and office suites.

McGill email address

All new administrative and academic staff members should activate their McGill email account without delay. Email the itsupport [at] mcgill.ca (IT Service Desk) if you require assistance or log into the IT Portal.
