Citizens of those countries which have signed an agreement with the Quebec Ministry of Education
Students interested in this option should consult the Ministry website and follow the procedure to request an exemption. A complete list of the treaty countries involved can be downloaded from the Ministry website. For more information, refer to the Politique on the Ministry website.
Documents required:
None from the student. The University will receive a list of the exempted students directly from the Ministry during the applicable semester.
