Citizens of France

An agreement between the French and Quebec governments allows French citizens registered full-time in a degree program to be exempted from the international tuition fee supplement.

Documents required:

a) French citizens without Canadian legal status:

  1. Valid French passport
  2. Valid Study permit
  3. Valid CAQ

b) French citizens with Canadian legal status:

  1. Valid French passport
  2. Proof of Canadian status. Please refer to the instructions for Canadians.

 

Fee rates for French citizens without Canadian legal status, according to program of study:

  1. Undergraduate students will be charged at the Canadian rate of tuition.
  2. Graduate degree students (including students in a Qualifying year) will be charged at the Quebec rate of tuition.
