I am a PhD Candidate at McGill University and honoured to be part of the McGill Mindfulness Research Lab. My research focus examines the role of mindfulness in interpersonal relationships, specifically parenting relationships and long-distance relationships. Clinically, I have received training at Chicago Lakeshore Hospital, the Allan Memorial Institute for Sex and Couple Therapy, and CBT Emotional Health. I am currently completing my residency at CBT Associates in Toronto, Ontario.
