Postgraduate medical trainees are able to complete the following elective rotations:
- Inter-University rotations: to complete rotations at one of the other Quebec Universities.
- You must complete the CREPUQ online form.
- Non-accredited site rotations: to complete rotations at universities outside of Quebec.
- You must fill in the Non-Accredited Site form and return it to your Admin. Please review the Most Common Issues completing this form for guidelines on how to complete the form.
Please pay careful attention that you must complete the application processes for each of these types of electives three months prior to the elective. The Postgraduate Office needs to obtain approval from the CMQ in order for the rotation to be recognized. LATE REQUESTS WILL BE REFUSED.

Please note that depending on the type of elective and whether you are a resident or a fellow, there may be limitations to the time allowed away from McGill.
