After notification that a CFI project has been funded, McGill must submit a finalization to CFI. McGill will sign the institution’s award, sign an award agreement, and get operating support from CFI for the project.
Project Leaders will be contacted about the finalization process shortly after the board decision and will be provided with a guideline and award management document providing details on:
- Amendments to your CFI project (i.e. end date change, infrastructure changes)
- Renovation and construction requirements
- Purchasing requirements
- In-kind contributions
- Access to Funds
- Annual Financial and Project process report
- How to access the Operating monies IOF
- List of all CFI contact in all McGill central units
