How do I book?

Option 1: Directly on Up Express website

  • first time user - Sign UP using your McGill email address
  • you will receive a validation email
  • that's it - you can now buy tickets online
  • under ticket type  select "Business one-way" or "Business Return"
  • McGill pricing pre-programmed

Option 2: On the Up Express APP - follow instructions after downloading

Option 3: At the ticket counter (if other methods not available)

Registration Form for Faculty/Staff Traveling on University Business

To ensure coverage as a Faculty or Staff member, you must register your travel information through this form.

Note that some travel destinations must be pre-approved at least 30 days prior to departure to ensure coverage.
