Please note that Car rental companies are currently experiencing shortages across North America. It is recommended to book your car rental as far in advance as possible.


Highlights:

  • Applicable for University related travel and leisure travel
  • Discounted rates available for rentals originating all over Canada, the USA and worldwide

  • Rates include free kilometers (up to 3,500 kilometers per rental for all vehicle classes except pickup trucks, cargo vans and 12- and 15-passenger vans) for rentals in Canada (one-way rentals excluded)

  •  IMPORTANT: Rentals for 18 - 20 years old drivers are only permitted for rentals originating in the province of Quebec. Only applicable for Economy, Compact, Intermediate, Standard and Fullsize vehicles. Drivers in this age category need to provide their own insurance as Collision Damage Waiver insurance is not available for purchase through Enterprise for this group.

  • 3rd Party Liability insurance included where required by law (IMPORTANT NOTE: If driving to/within the USA, you must verify and purchase 3rd Party Liability insurance prior to departure)

  • Take the car to USA (see 3rd Party Liability)

  • No charge for additional drivers (must also be McGill staff/faculty/student)

How do I book?

Rates are restricted to members of McGill University -sign in using your McGill email address and password to view the restricted content

 

Registration Form for Faculty/Staff Traveling on University Business

All University business travel must be registered through this form to ensure coverage for any unforeseen medical emergencies while traveling outside your province of residence.

You must log in with your McGill credentials (email and password) to access this form.
