Priority Objectives
Improve access to intake, orientation and needs assessment services in English; improve access to health services in English (nursing, custodial care).
Improve knowledge for dealing with English-speaking clients (better understanding of the English language); improve attitudes for dealing with English-speaking clients; improve skills for dealing with English-speaking clients (greater ability to meet needs).
