Priority Objectives
First component: enable English-speaking clients to understand their needs better and be more actively involved in making decisions that affect them; make services more user-friendly for the target population; deliver services more efficiently and effectively; improve the language skills of workers already serving English-speaking clients in order to enhance the quality of their interventions.
Second component: make services for hearing-impaired clients more accessible; improve the quality of ASL interpretation services and the skills of ASL interpreters.

Description of Planned Activities
Needs analysis; placement testing; individualized learning; training evaluation; training certification.
