Priority Objectives
Facilitate access to CSSS du Lac-Témiscamingue services for English speakers, especially Aboriginal clients, served by our agency.
Understand clients’ needs; provide clear and accurate information; accelerate delivery of services: CSSS VO – Intake.
Understand cultures, beliefs and the language; communicate in English; ability to process and refer users; create links with caregivers, users and the community: CSSS VO – Social Services.
Understand cultures, beliefs and the language; communicate in English; ability to establish helping relationships and create links with caregivers, users and the community; ability to teach self-care techniques: CSSS VO – Nursing.
Facilitate intake, referral and discussion between English-speaking users and assigned staff. Remedy problems with accessibility and continuity of our specialized services, with regard for the language factor: CSSS LEA.
